Placing a Lucky Numbers bet is easy. Here are the steps:

  • Select the ‘’MENU’’ button
  • Select the ‘’LUCKY NUMBERS’’ button
  • You will see all the lucky numbers event options listed, i.e. RSA Powerball
  • Select the draw you would like to place bets on
  • Once opened, you will notice a table grid of numbers
  • Select the grid with the amount of numbers you want to place bets on, i.e. 2 Numbers.
  • Select your luckiest numbers!
  • Now click the ‘’ADD TO SLIP’’ button

Please note, whichever numbers you have selected will be added to your betting slip. If you are using a mobile device, your betting slip is located at the bottom section of your screen. Alternatively, if you are using a desktop, your betting slip is located on the right hand side of your screen.

  • In the betting slip, you will add the amount you would like to place bets on. This is displayed as “STAKE”.
  • Once you are satisfied with the potential pay out, click “PLACE BET” to confirm your bet.

  • You will see a variety of listed leagues from around the world. Select the country, then specific league you would like to place bets on, i.e. England, Premier League.
  • Select the match or event you would like to place bets on. Once opened, you will notice a variety of betting markets available for that event, i.e. Liverpool v Manchester City ‘’Match Winner’’ or ‘’Total Away Team’’, etc.
  • Once you have selected your favourite market, you will notice that it appears in your betting slip

How to bet on Horses at Gbets (Basic Betting)

Straight bet: You only bet on one horse. (One outcome has to win for your bet to win)

Multiple bet: You bet on 2 or more horses in different races. (All outcomes need to win for bet to win.)

Yankee bets: You bet on 2 or more horses in different races. The system works out different combinations of multiples (or singles) for you to bet on.

WIN: You’re betting that your horse will come in first place. If your horse finishes in first, you get to collect.

PLACE: When you bet on your horse to “place,” you’re betting that he/she will come in first, second, third or fourth (depending on how many places offered on the race). We may offer more places on feature places but will state if we do so. If your horse finishes in any position within the offering of the race in terms of the number of paces, you get to collect. Pay-out for a place bet is less than a win wager, but you do have the security of being able to cash in if your horse finishes in the top two spots.

Each way bet: You are betting for your horse to win and place. If your horse wins you get paid out for both the win and place bet. If your horse manages to only run a place (not win) (depending on how many places offered on the race) you only get paid for the place bet.

EXACTA: You’re betting on two horses to come in first and second in an exact order. For example, if you placed an exacta on horses 3 and 5, you can only collect if horse #3 comes in first and horse #5 comes in second. Exacta bets are popular among skilled horse handicappers because the payoff can be very lucrative. You can also “box” your exacta bet which means your two horses can come in any order in the top two spots and you still win. Boxing an exacta costs twice as much as a straight exacta bet. Pay-out will depend on a dividend declared after the race has run.

TRIFECTA: You bet that three horses will finish in first, second, and third in an exact order. If you place a trifecta bet on 1-5-7, you can only collect if horse #1 comes in first, horse #5 comes in second, and horse #7 comes in third. You can also box your trifecta bet so you can win if your three horses come in first, second, and third in any order. Boxing a trifecta will significantly increase the cost of your bet because there are many combinations. Pay-out will depend on a dividend declared after the race has run.

Quartet: You bet that four horses will finish, first, second, third, and fourth in an exact order. As with exactas and trifectas, you can box a quartet at an additional cost.
