What is eWallet?

eWallet is an instant, secure & affordable money transfer service that allows for the sending of money to anyone with a valid South African cell phone number.

  • How to withdraw using eWallet works?
  • Log into your Gbets.co.za account & click withdraw funds
  • Click the eWallet option under the drop down menu
  • Select the amount (maximum of R3000) you would like to withdraw & press confirm
  • Once we have audited & processed your withdrawal, you will receive an SMS notifying you that the funds have been sent via eWallet. You will also receive a temporary ATM pin to withdraw the cash at an FNB ATM.
  • The same SMS will also instruct you how to activate the eWallet before you can withdraw the cash at an FNB ATM. (Please note that this entails sending a dial string SMS at your cost).
  • Once activated, go to any FNB ATM, enter the pin & select withdraw funds using eWallet
  • Enter the eWallet pin number you received & withdraw your cash!

Please take note of the following fees you will need to pay on ATM cash withdrawal. The fees you pay is dependent on the withdrawal amount and bank ATM you draw the funds from. As an example, should you wish to withdraw R800 using an FNB ATM, the full amount you will be able to withdraw is R782.45c. This amount excludes the cost for sending the dial string SMS.
