All entrants must possess a South African Identity Number (Green ID Book).
Only 1 entry per user is permitted, Should it be found that false details were provided to open a duplicate account, Gbets will immediately close the account. Gbets also reserves the right to report such and any other fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
Since the draw takes place every Tuesday at 16:00 pm, the cut-off time for entry on draw day will be 15:00 pm. Thereafter, all entrants will automatically be placed into the following Tuesday’s draw.
All entrants must pick and win on all six (6) numbers to win the R3 million prize money, i.e. there is no prize for matching 1-5 numbers only.
Each entry is only valid for one draw.
If more than one player’s lotto pick matches the 6 winning numbers drawn, then the prize money will be shared equally among the winning players, for example. If there are 3 players who correctly pick the 6 winning numbers, each player will win R1 million in prize money.
The winner/s of the jackpot prize/s is/are required to complete an affidavit that will be provided by Gbets.
Betting on the outcome of of this Lotto requires Gbets to submit all entries to a 3rd party vendor for verification. This submission may include personal details that the user submitted to Gbets on registration.
If, for whatever technical or other reason, bets placed on this Lotto for a specific draw are unable to be loaded and securely saved, these entries will be entered into the next valid draw.

All campaign participants have the option of approaching the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
