Fans of the great ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson will be thrilled at the prospect that the 53-year old plans his comeback to the squared-ring!
Once known as the baddest man on the planet, the former heavyweight champion has started training again as he plans his come back. In a live Facebook stream, Iron Mike told fans “it may not be over yet but anything’s possible. I feel unstoppable now! The gods of war have reawakened me, have ignited my ego and want me to go to war again. I feel young again.”
‘’I want to fight for charities”
Tyson is planning to come in slow and start fighting three or four-round exhibition fights for charity. At this stage it’s anyone’s guess if it will end there. “I’ve been working out, I’ve been trying to get some exhibitions and get in-shape. I want to go to the gym and get in shape to be able to box three or four-round exhibition fights for charities and stuff.”
The move is a noble and popular one as many boxing fans will tell you that Tyson was one of the brightest stars in the sport, but faded out far too quickly. When one thinks of Tyson, they relive that moment he bit a chunk of Evander’s ear off. We think Tyson is on a mission to reverse this legacy and build on from the one that made him a once-unstoppable boxer. This is most notably with the record of 44 knockouts in 50 victories!
